Payroll Technician:
Duties Include: Process a variety of payroll, to include web-based and multi-state for our diverse clientele. Have the ability to work as a team player in a fast paced environment.

Experience Requirements: Possess a basic knowledge of tax laws and regulations of the Department of Labor. Require at least 3 to 5 years experience in payroll processing. PEO and the use of payroll software experience is helpful. Must be knowledgeable in Labor Distribution, Job Costing and On-Line Payroll Processing.

Certificate Department Position:
Duties Include: Answering questions and receiving information from clients, which has to be entered into a database. You must be very organized and have the ability to retain accurate information during high call volume. Data entry at 65+ words a minute.

Experience Requirements: Professional, energetic, team player who is able to multi-task and handle a fast paced work environment. Customer service, phone and previous office experience, computer skills and typing 65+ words a minute is critical.

Compliance Technician
Duties include: Review and modify EDI file record layouts, investigate complex EDI issues/questions, conduct reviews for timely payment/filing of benefits, and perform various compliance functions and projects.

Experience Requirements: Must have good analytical and people skills. Compliance background, working knowledge of Workers' Compensation claims, and multi-state background is a plus.
